You just finished the bootcamp

For three days, you practiced not apologizing for your needs. You felt what it's like to stop shrinking. This is what makes it real.

Because knowing what to say is not the same as becoming the person who can say it when your career, relationships, confidence, or future are on the line.

Don't stop here. Don't let this become another breakthrough that disappears because you didn't have the structure, support, and practice to make it real.

What SLE is really about

Where the deeper work begins.

SLE is where you reimagine what is possible while living with a disability.

Over 8 weeks, you'll rebuild the beliefs that inform your confidence, strengthen the way you regulate fear and uncertainty, claim language and boundaries that protect your dignity, and learn to lead with your disability as a source of clarity, accountability, and strength.

What we cover

The 8-week leadership path.

Four phases. Eight weeks. One operating system for leading your life with disability included.

Phase 1Weeks 1–2

Build Internal Authority

Goal Setting, Disabled Power, and Belief Rebuilding

You will create your Disabled Leadership Pathway and start removing the false beliefs that have made you question your worth, capability, and future. If part of you still believes disability makes you less capable, less desirable, less hireable, or less respected, you will keep managing yourself down. We are not doing that anymore.

Phase 2Weeks 3–4

Build Emotional Leadership

Emotional Intelligence and Radical Acceptance

You will learn how to regulate fear, process emotions, and accept your disabled experience without treating acceptance like giving up. Acceptance is not approval — it is telling the truth about reality so you can build a life that actually works alongside your disability.

Phase 3Weeks 5–6

Build Disabled Identity & Boundaries

Identity, Disclosure, Labels, and Boundary Creation

You will learn how to talk about your disability, decide what language feels true, and create boundaries that protect your access, energy, and dignity. You do not need to hide your disability to be respected. You need the identity, language, and boundaries to lead with it clearly.

Phase 4Weeks 7–8

Build Advocacy, Accommodations & Independence

Self-Advocacy, Accommodations, and the Autonomy Shift

You will learn how to communicate your needs, enforce accommodations, and build independence through support. Independence does not mean doing everything alone. It means having the power to choose how your life functions.

Before & After

The transformation.

What changes when you stop hiding disability and start leading with it.

Before SLE

You may be thinking…

  • I'm sick of hiding who I am.
  • I'm tired of being small.
  • I don't want to feel like a burden to other people.
  • If I tell people about my disability, will I be gaslit, dismissed, or misunderstood again?
  • How am I going to be successful in my career if people know about my disability?
  • What if the career I want quietly closes its doors the moment my disability becomes visible?
  • What if the relationship I want becomes impossible because my disability feels like too much for someone to choose?
After SLE

You begin becoming someone who knows…

  • I do not have to hide my disability to be respected.
  • My support needs are part of how I lead well.
  • My accommodations help me perform at a higher level.
  • I can build relationships where my disability is understood.
  • I can use my disability as a source of clarity, creativity, resilience, and leadership.
  • I can walk into career opportunities with my disability included — and be seen as capable, prepared, and worthy of the role.
  • I can build a relationship where I am not loved around my disability, but fully chosen with it included.
What's included

The structure, support, and feedback to make this real.

Everyone starts and finishes together. You will not be doing this alone.

  • 8 weeks of structured leadership development
  • 8 core training modules with 8+ hours of course videos

What people leave with:

"No more hiding my disability."

For the first time in my life I am showing up as my true self and I am doing it with confidence and pride. No more leaving my cane at home. No more biting my tongue when a boundary is crossed. No more hiding my disability.

"I feel blessed to be who I am."

The coaching, the support calls and I also met some incredible individuals in the process who I call friends now. These moments will never be forgotten. I feel blessed to be who I am living with cerebral palsy and very excited to share my gifts with the world. Charlie, the toolkit that you have given me will continue to be used throughout my life.

Spencer headshotSpencer

"I reclaimed my identity and my needs."

Charlie gave me the necessary tools, strategies and resources to make the most of my life in the present moment, show up confidently and reclaim my identity and my needs.
